• You acknowledge and agree that Volaris FZ LLC will collect, store, use, disclose and otherwise process such personal data relating to you as are necessary to contact you and process your registration in relation to the services.
• You understand that such personal data may include your name, e-mail address, practicing certificate details, main place of practice, services you have subscribed to, and the purpose of this Agreement (“Personal Data”).
• Volaris FZ LLC will be the data controller in relation to your Personal Data and its registered address is RAKEZ, RAK United Arab Emirates.
• Volaris FZ LLC processes your Personal Data on legal bases including: (i) to satisfy contractual obligations; (ii) to perform a public task (i.e.to disclose transfers of value made to you where the Transparency Requirements require processing and disclosure by law); and/or (iii) otherwise with your consent (to comply with the Transparency Requirements if (ii) does not apply).
• In case of attending physical event organized by Volaris FZ LLC, Your Personal Data will be shared (as applicable) with the relevant booking agency, hotel, housing bureau, transportation company, congress secretariat, restaurants and print suppliers in order for logistical arrangements to be made on behalf of the delegate for the purposes of the delegate’s attendance at this Event.
• Your Personal Data won’t be retained for longer than seven (7) years after the service unless Volaris FZ LLC is under a legal obligation to keep it for longer.
• You have the right to access your Personal Data, correct any mistakes, restrict processing and demand erasure. You also have the right to complain to the applicable local authority, if you deem this necessary.
